We love the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress, and have already been there three times as a family. The hotel is about a 30 minute drive from Orlando airport, and belongs to the Grand Cypress resort complex.
It takes about 15 minutes to get from here to the theme parks daily when we stayed.

The Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress also has a laundry, a gym, the Racquet Club and mini golf, plus five restaurants and bars.
A shuttle service to the parks is covered by the resort fee. We have no hesitation in highly recommending this lovely hotel!
